The "White Blades" are middle-ranked mercenaries in House Deneith, a feature of Eberron. In the Eberron sourcebook, Sharn: City of Towers it is revealed that House Deneith in the city has been taken over by lovecraftian psychic spirits from another dimension. As a result, the soldiers of Deneith are corrupted.
These "White Blades" represent these soldier-cultists. They use rules from Eberron Campaign Setting and the Expanded Psionics Handbook, but as Psychic Warriors they make an interesting change for city guards or soldiers in service to a telepathic master.

Skills & Feats: Autohypnosis +9, Concentration +6 (+10 to become psionically focused), Search +5; Narrow Mind, Psionic Body, Psionic Weapon, Weapon Focus (bastard sword).
Powers Known: 1--defensive precognition, prevenom weapon (DC 13)

Equipment: Masterwork bastard sword, masterwork banded mail, masterwork heavy shield, masterwork composite longbow, potion of cure moderate wounds, 250 gp back at their home.
Tactics: Begin the battle with a psionic focus and defensive precognition. Round 1—prevenom weapon (DC 13 Fort save or take 2 points of Con damage) and flank. Round 2—Attack with Psionic Weapon (+2d6 damage, expends focus). Round 3—prevenom weapon. Round 4 and following—flank and attack.
