Rage (Ex): A dire badger that takes damage in combat flies into a berserk rage on its next turn, clawing and biting madly until either it or its opponent is dead. It gains +4 Strength, +4 Constitution, and -2 AC. The creature cannot end its rage voluntarily.
Note: When enraged, Boryl's stats change as follows: hp 76, AC 23, Full Attack +13/+13 melee (1d4+9, claws) and +11 melee (1d6+6, bite); Fort +11; Str 20, Con 23.
Ulredd is a melee-focused druid, and he prefers to stay wild-shaped in a Dire Lion form. He can cast spells in this form and understands spoken language, but he will not be able to speak.
Note that he has cast longstrider on himself (lasts 9 hours), and casts it again on himself when it runs out. He has also cast extended greater magic fang (lasts 18 hours) on himself and his animal companion.
At the start of a battle he will always cast extended barkskin spell on himself, then cast nature's favor on Boryl as a swift action, and finally he will then charge into the fight.
The following non-core items and classes were used.
- Nature's Favor(SC 146): Ulredd casts this spell as a Swift action, and the spell lasts 1 minute. The target is 1 animal that he touches, granting it a +3 luck bonus on attack rolls and damage.
- Beastskin armor enhancement(CV 127): Any armor you wear stays on you when you wild shape, and you retain its protection.
- Nature's Warrior(CW 63): Defenders of the wild and protectors of the natural world. They are especially effective in wild shape form.
