Appearance: Target wears a red, spandex, bodysuit that has a white target symbol on the chest and back. His hands and face are not covered by the suit, but he wears a tie-on mask that covers his eyes and keeps his long, blonde hair out of his face. White, leather boots cover his legs from the knee down.

Personality: David Blake, the super villain known as Target, has always been a spoiled brat. He was raised in a wealthy family, and always got his way. He has no siblings and when his parents died (many believe he is responsible for their deaths, although no court could prove it) he inherited millions and the family estate. David’s mutant abilities developed 3 days after his 16th birthday, and he is now 19. Target’s mode of attack is to taunt his enemies into attacking him so that he can then use the energy to fuel his own powers.
