Sample Young Adult White Dragon

Ulharthrae Oth (litterally: Bluewind Tooth, Translated as "Frostbite") is just starting to get comfortable with life. She has a nice bit of territory she's carved out of the wilderness for herself, and has been thinking about attracting a mate in the near future. One way to do this, of course, would be to stockpile a nice freezer locker with meat, so she's been raiding nearby villages for cattle, which she takes with her whole. What would also help, more than the food, would be a nice sized hoard. Unfortunately, the peasants don't have much wealth between them, and no matter how much she's tortured them, stole their children (and tortured them), threatened or cajoled, they simply haven't been able to give her the wealth she so deserves.
How frustrating.

Frightful Presence (Ex): A young adult or older dragon can unsettle foes with its mere presence. The ability takes effect automatically whenever the dragon attacks, charges, or flies overhead. Creatures within a radius of 150 ft. are subject to the effect if they have fewer HD than the dragon. A potentially affected creature that succeeds on a Will save (DC 17) remains immune to that dragon’s frightful presence for 24 hours. On a failure, creatures with 4 or less HD become panicked for 4d6 rounds and those with 5 or more HD become shaken for 4d6 rounds. Dragons ignore the frightful presence of other dragons.
