Finding her home in a newly blossoming port city set in the brackish waters of a river delta, the main trade route of the city (the river) flows right though the middle of the city, and Mirreddel has found some (and made more) entrances from the river into the city's sewer system, and makes her lair and domain lurking in the subterranean tunnels and propogating the myths that giant crocodiles have infested the city's sewers. The reality, of course, is much more deadly.
