The grotesque creature that stands before you seems to be an unholy combination of leech and man. It stands at about seven feet and has a huge, bloated body absolutely covered with S'thili, which run in and out of its body rapidly, giving it a seemingly fluid structure. It reeks of rotten meat and salted slugs. Despite its large, lumbering appearance, the S'thili Bloater runs with inhumanly fast speed.
S'thili Bloaters stand at around 7 feet tall. Bloaters are S'thili colonies that have been told to drop their humanoid ruse. Once a S'thili host becomes a S'thili Bloater, there is no returning to its previous form. The S'thili Bloater will explode when killed, releasing many S'thili Skitterers housed within its body and causing minor splash damage to everyone around it.

Combat tactics Edit
S'thili Bloaters, upon engagement, rush toward the first enemy they see and begin bashing it with their bloated, S'thili covered arms. Upon death, they explode, causing 1d8+2 damage to everything within 10 feet of its location once killed. Also, the S'thili Bloater releases 1d4 S'thili Skitterers (see S'thili Skitterer) which all gain a + 5 to their initiative, in addition to their initiative modifiers.
