Creators Notes Randal Morn here was made as requested by another DM. He was intended to be a Deposed Nobel/Robin Hood type character but his stats can easily be used for a villianous NPC just by changing only his Alignment. As for playing him, he does have a LOT of tricks he can do so he could play different roles for different encounters in the same Campaign: for example Using him as a BBEG for one adventure, then using his stats as Generic Minions for a later higher level Adventure.
