The chariot feats come from Sword and Fist, with the house rule that Chariot Feats can be taken as bonus feats. They work exactly like mounted combat feats. Close Quarters Fighting also comes from Sword and Fist (a revised in found in Complete Warrior). It merely lets you add your damage to your roll when being grappled.
