Profane Lifeleech (Libris Mortis): As a Standard Action, spend two Rebuke Attempts to deal 1d6 points of damage to all living creatures within a 30’ burst. This effect can’t reduce any creature’s current hit point to less than 0. You heal the total amount of damage dealt (but do not exceed your normal maximum). Note: This feat deals no damage to Constructs or Undead.
Luck of Heroes (villains)- (Player's Guide to Faerun): +1 luck bonus to all saves, +1 luck bonus to AC. Note: I used this feat to simulate Lolth's favor (see below)
Conversion: Lareth the Beautiful originally appeared in the 1985 AD&D module, the Temple of Elemental Evil. This is my own interpretation of Lareth, adapted to 3.5 with current feat options and gear. He was originally a human cleric of Lolth, and was quite in her favor. It seemed strange to keep him human, because I just didn't see Lolth favoring one. Half-drow was a compromise, and uses the same game stats as regular half-elf.
Difficulty: You may want to consider using ad-hoc rules to boost Lareth's XP value by 50%, since he has ridiculous stats (original stats for the module) and is very much optimized.
