Background
Wankershim inherited the throne of Goblins after his father, Shankerwhim's death. He has had trouble controlling his seat against other, stronger goblin tribes, but his alliance with Mankor, an orc lord, should take care of gaining the alliance of the other tribes to seige the Kadesh empire. He has a stronghold, inherited from his father. He is accompanied by 8 level 1 Goblins at all time, who serve as his kingsguard. His second in command is a level 4 Hobgoblin Ranger called Spankus.
