This Rogue has max ranks in Bluff, Tumble, and Jump, for +14 to Bluff and +8 to Tumble. In combat, he moves/tumbles up to his enemy (flanking if possible) and then uses Combat Expertise to fight defensively, for a +3 to AC and a -3 to attack. The next round, he feints as a move action (+14 bluff opposed by opponents Sense Motive including BAB as a bonus). If his bluff check beats his opponents sense motive check, then they are flatfooted and he sneak attacks them (still fighting defensively).
