Malcolm’s father, unbeknownst to him, was stealing from the Mob. So, they had him killed. Malcolm grew up hating crime and criminals. He became a lawyer and a prosecutor for the DA. Time after time, though, he would see criminals get off on technicalities or because witnesses would not testify or could not. This would eventually send him over the edge. By day he still works as a prosecutor. By night, though, he punishes those who escape the law as Fearless. He is relentless in there pursuit and has crossed the line many times.
