The Crimson Scorpion has created a genetic program to create bear moreau super-soldiers. Most are used as shock troopers, who have high morale and are willing to die for their cause, but aren't smart enough for much else. Josef Ukekov, leader of the Crimson Scorpion, has indoctrinated a pair of slightly more intelligent moreaus to serve as bodyguards. Like many of the other super-soldiers, they are quite willing to die for the cause, but they're even more talented at their duties.
