CR 11 Platoon Sergeant

The second-in-command of a platoon is a senior non-commissioned officer, usually a Sergeant First Class, with at least twelve years of service. More experienced than the Lieutenant who allegedly leads the platoon, the Platoon Sergeants acts as its bedrock. His job is to lead the most dangerous parts of an attack or defense, as well as train the younger soldiers. This includes the Lieutenant, of course.

As the second-in-command, the platoon sergeant must be able to replace the officer if anything should happen to them. He or she has multiple sergeants who reports to them.
