Bezzandine Triskelion leads a band of disloyal orcs in the Underdark, raiding along a major thoroughfare used by deep gnomes, deep halflings, stone giants and more. (They leave the giants alone, however.) He looks like a comical figure with his little top hat on, but it gives him a formidable intellect.
