Slim is a competent agent, but can be most flatteringly described at quirky. Jumpy and twitchy, he makes for a weak undercover agent unless accompanied by someone that knows how to bluff. In his role, however, Slim is extremely effective as a "heavy" - someone willing and able to engage deadly monsters such as trolls, minotaurs or deadlier beasties.
Slim generally works undercover and uses his stun gun when fighting humans unless a serious threat is posed to innocents. However, he uses his guns to great effect on monsters, using desert eagles for their superior stopping power. Slim wears a trim black suit and tie, with body armour under his white shirt and his pistols hidden in armpit holsters.
However, all this time spent with things that defy common logic has left its effects on Slim. Almost always on edge, Slim has lost many friends to the Shadow and maybe is a bit more willing to put his life at risk than is healthy. His blond hair is almost always slicked down with a cold sweat.
